What is the Organizing Committee?

The core organizing committee is a group of dedicated student workers who volunteer their time to build our union.

📢

Outreach

We talk with student workers across campus to share information about the union and listen to their workplace concerns.

📊

Research

We gather data on wages, working conditions, and best practices from other student worker unions to inform our campaign.

🎯

Strategy

We develop and execute our organizing plan, from building majority support to preparing for contract negotiations.

🤝

Support

We connect workers with resources, help navigate workplace issues, and build community among student employees.

Join the Committee

We're always looking for dedicated student workers to join our organizing efforts.

Interested in Leadership?

The organizing committee meets weekly to plan actions, discuss strategy, and support each other. No experience necessary—just a commitment to building worker power at CCSF.
